Phase One: Core Business – Essential Insurance Management

The foundation of the system, organizing policy requests and operations, based on Odoo’s Contact Module. Divided into 3 main sections:

  1. Complementary Data
    • Manage information for nationalities, cities, and core labor codes to ensure accuracy of policy data.
  2. Transaction Data
    • Network Upload: Upload and structure medical network information.
    • Upload New Policy: Fully automated new policy upload with 4 structured sections: Policy, Beneficiaries, Classes, and Sponsors.
    • Update Policy: Flexible updates to existing policies — Policies and Beneficiaries as required sections, Classes and Sponsors as optional.
    • Cancel Policy: Effective cancellation process requiring policy and beneficiary information.
    • Renew Policy: Simplified renewals with Policy and Beneficiaries required, Classes and Sponsors optional.
  3. Transaction Management Section
    • Operational: Includes the 4 main processes (Upload, Update, Cancel, Renew) plus the Network Upload.
    • Complementary: Supporting operations required by insurers such as CancelPendingWithNIC, GetSponsorDetailV3, and PolicyTransactionStatus.
