Our Methodology
The automation process in organizations begins with a thorough analysis of their business and the conversion of Business Processes into standard procedures according to industry standards. This is achieved through a deep understanding of the type of business, its objectives, and the best management mechanisms. This was the beginning of my professional career in business analysis, identifying the best practices, and structuring them before embarking on the second step, which aims to examine the gaps between business requirements and specificities and the developed ERP systems, and determining the roadmap required to transition to the desired system.
With this step, the Agile project is launched. The end user (stakeholder) is an important party in evaluating each step, testing it, and providing feedback. At the same time, these components begin to work, leading to the system's testing and familiarization with its operation in the real environment.
This methodology has proven its superiority and ability to deliver successful business solutions.
Our Work
With our extensive experience in business solutions and analysis, particularly accounting and warehousing, Odoo is one of the best flexible, customizable, and business-oriented solutions, as it is open source. Its community version is robust and, with proper customization, can meet the requirements of a wide range of businesses.
Therefore, our methodology relies on categorizing a group of businesses that use specific modules: accounting, warehousing, sales, and purchasing, and demonstrating their ability to manage these businesses effectively and easily.
Our mission is limited to the following points:
- Demonstrate Odoo's ability to manage and automate these business-oriented activities.
- Download, install, and configure Odoo on the client's servers or dedicated cloud servers.
- Perform full accounting configurations from an accounting tree, linking accounts between modules, and uploading and optimizing items.
- Provide comprehensive training on the basic courses of the systems, including sales and purchasing.
- Open a development and customization project for specific businesses according to the client's desires.
